Handling Difficult Conversations

Difficult conversations with our colleagues, supervisees, and students' parents can be challenging to navigate. Most of the time, you may try to tolerate or not address it for fear of straining the relationship. However, doing so may mean that the situation gets more tenuous to manage and may impact the relationship you have in the long run. Going through this workshop will help you with the skills and processes to reach a win-win outcome.

Key Learning Outcomes

Participants will:

  • Learn about the 2-stage process to handling difficult conversations for a win-win outcome
  • Practice the skills required to navigate the conversation in the moment

Target Audience: Key Personnel and School Leaders
