Communication with Stakeholders
Workshop Description
As teachers, we tend to 'talk-shop' which can be quite alien to people not in education. How then can you communicate with stakeholders like parents and School Advisory Committee (SAC) members so that they get a clearer feel about the school?
Objectives: To enable participants to:
- develop their personal educational philosophy
- articulate their thinking on educational issues
- hone their communication and interview skills
Relevance: Communication is an important part of leadership. The course aims to equip participants with the tools of communication to bring their message effectively to their audience.
Target audience: Key personnel and senior teachers
